Hello Everyone!!
Today is still about Cause and Effect
First, cause means the cause or cause of something.
The characteristics of cause:
1. Is a reason
2. The answer to the question, "Why did this happen?"
3. Occurs in the first order
4. In Indonesian, it usually begins with the word "because"
Example: "Because he is sick"
The word effect can be translated into the result or result of an action.
Effect characteristics:
1. Is a result or result of an action
2. Answers to the question "What happened?"
3. Occurs in the sequence after cause
Example: "I won the competition"
The relationship of causes and effects is mutually sustainable. That is, if there is a cause, there will be an effect. On the other hand, if there is an effect, there must be a cause.
Examples of cause and effect sentences are as follows:
I woke up late this morning because I didn't set my alarm.
My sister is crying because she is hungry.
I got a great score on my English test because I understand the material very well.
Thank you
See you next time
