This week we will enter Chapter 5 about Passive Voice

Definition

Passive voice is a sentence whose subject is subject to a job or action, meaning that the subject does not perform an action/action and only receives an action/action.

Purpose

Passive voice is used to show interest in the person or object that is being acted on and not the person or object doing the action

For example:

Ferry hits Budi - Active voice

 Budi is hit by Feri – Passive voice
