The conclusion on this Chapter:

Procedure text is a text that explains or helps us how to make or use something. Its social function is to describe how something is completely done through a sequence of steps

Generic Structure of Procedure Text are aim/goal (goal), ingredients, and steps/methods

Types of Procedure Text, the first is procedure text that explains how something works or how to use an instruction/operation manual, the second is procedure text that instructs how to do certain activities, and the third is procedure text related to human behavior
